Hello to my incredible FIT4MOM family! l’m Tawnee, a mom, military spouse, and a proud owner of FIT4MOM Balboa Park, Coronado and Point Loma.

As a military spouse, the journey has been one of constant change and adaptation. For years I felt my life wasn’t mine, I was constantly bending to the needs of my husband and his service, moving too often and spending way too much time navigating motherhood alone. Enter FIT4MOM: In the midst of this whirlwind, I found solace and strength, through FIT4MOM. It became more than a workout; it became a lifeline, a community where I developed friendships that eased the challenges of military life.

My FIT4MOM adventure started as a client seeking a supportive village. Little did I know, it would evolve into a career beyond my wildest dreams. The transition from client to instructor to sales manager and eventually Director of FIT4MOM San Diego was not just a career climb; it was a journey of personal growth and empowerment.

Joining the Fit4Mom HQ Leadership Team was a pivotal moment. It allowed me to contribute to the broader mission of empowering moms everywhere. The leadership journey has been both challenging and rewarding, shaping me into the leader I am today.

I have loved each chapter of my FIT4MOM story but I think the best one is going to be the one we are writing now, my journey into co-owning FIT4MOM Balboa Park, Coronado and Point Loma with one of my very best friends! Together, we're creating a space where fitness meets friendship, where moms can embrace their strength, and where dreams become reality. It's not just a business venture; it's a calling to empower moms on a larger scale.

Outside the Fit4Mom realm, you'll find me immersed in the pages of a good book or exploring the sun-soaked streets of San Diego with my husband and our two amazing kids, Kaden (12) and Maddie (6). Balancing the roles of mom, business owner, and individual is a constant journey—one that I embrace with gratitude and a sense of adventure.
