Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Fit4Baby Prenatal Workout Classes

FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY is our 60 minute prenatal workout designed exclusively for moms-to-be at all trimesters. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you'll experience during pregnancy through birth, with each class cycling through cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training.

FIT4BABY meets on the last Sunday of the month at 10:30am at New Mom School Liberty Station.
