What can I expect?

Run Club+ is our 12-week guided training program, created for ALL levels! You can expect:

  • Weekly (optional) group runs
  • A customized and detailed training program just for you
  • Small group support and a private group chat
  • Frequent check-ins with your coach
  • Celebrating your gains at the Balboa Park 8-miler (registration not included)

Do I have to have running experience?

Not at all! Whether you are a total beginner, getting ack into running postpartum, or a seasoned runner, our coach will meet you where you are with a custom training plan just for you.

What are the group runs?

Throughout the 12-week course, we will have weekly, optional, stroller-friendly group runs (YES, you can bring your kiddo, or stride solo!) More details to come!

When is the final race?

Our Run Club+ will run the Balboa Park 8-miler on August 1st. Get more details about the race here.
