FIT4MOM BPCPL hosts a variety of playgroups designed to promote connection, learning, and build new skills! Playgroups are FREE to the San Diego community - no membership required!
The perfect way to introduce color, shapes, and creative expression to littles of all ages. Our arts and crafts activities are thematic and designed to provide entry points for all ages. Whether you have a baby or a big kid, join us for an art activity to watch their creativity bloom— and take home keepsakes to cherish for years to come.

From first steps to sprints, we know your little one loves to move! From dance parties to Mini Strides, and everything in between, these energetic playgroups will leave your little one a little less wiggly, while encouraging movement and connection while building balance, confidence, and gross motor skills.
